How Therapy works

Therapy is a space to slow down, talk things through, and begin making sense of what you're experiencing.

You don't need a diagnosis to start.

Together we:
  • Explore what's been feeling difficult or overwhelming
  • Understand patterns, emotions, and underlying causes
  • Work through concerns like anxiety, burnout, OCD, phobias, or low mood

For many adults, clarity and even diagnosis can emerge naturally through this process – without the need for formal testing.

What happens in Therapy

Initial Consultation (60 – 90 mins)

  • We begin with understanding you — your experiences, patterns, and what's been going on.
  • There's no pressure to "perform" or explain everything perfectly. We take it step by step.

Ongoing Sessions (45 – 60 mins)

We work together to:

  • Understand patterns and underlying causes
  • Make sense of emotions and reactions
  • Build practical tools and coping strategies
  • Create meaningful, sustainable change

Therapy, your way

Both formats offer the same level of care, depth, and confidentiality.

In-person session

A dedicated space to pause and go deeper

RM 350/session
  • 45–60 minute sessions in a quiet, private setting
  • Fewer distractions, more space to reflect
  • A clear boundary away from daily stressors
  • Ideal if you prefer a grounded, contained environment
