Caryn Yeoh

Meet your Therapist

Hi, I'm Caryn. I work with individuals who feel like something isn't quite right, even if they can't fully explain why. On the outside, things may look manageable, but internally it can feel overwhelming, stuck, or disconnected.

When something feels "off", I believe it's worth taking the time to understand it. Often, what we struggle with are patterns we've had to learn over time — ways of coping that once made sense, but may no longer fit who we are now.

In our sessions, I offer a space that is genuine, non-judgmental, and gently direct, where you can explore what's going on at your own pace, without needing to filter or have everything figured out.
