My interest in mental health began early, from witnessing how confusing and overwhelming emotional struggles can be, not just for the individual, but for those around them. What stayed with me was how alone people can feel, and the belief that everyone deserves understanding, support, and a space where they don't have to go through things on their own.
What we often call "symptoms" are not signs of brokenness, but ways of coping — patterns that once helped you get through. Over time, these can become exhausting when they no longer serve you. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite yourself. In our sessions, you don't have to filter or perform. My approach is warm, grounded, and gently direct, a space where you can explore things honestly and begin making sense of what you're experiencing.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, low mood, and relational challenges, including those who feel like something doesn't quite make sense internally. Outside of my work, I stay grounded through taekwondo, and enjoy quiet time with my cat, along with psychological crime series and anime. At the core of my work is a simple belief: everyone deserves to be heard and understood, even if they've never had the space or words to express what they feel. My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, and support you in moving forward in a way that feels more aligned, intentional, and meaningful.
